Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gardner, Gruenberg, and Kerttula: Page 2, line 15, following "40.25.220": Insert "if proprietary or trade secrets" 2012-04-09 House Journal Page 2281 Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Pruitt objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
